Satuday Night

Yesterday my husband was out most of the day!! he is in the USAF Honor Guard. he had to do two funerals yesterday! i was so bored and lonely. he didn't come home till 7pm. so i told him i wanted to do something. we went to the mall. i was trying to find the new yotsuba&! manga. no luck!! he bought an Egyptian book (he loves Egyptian history). after the mall we headed to barnes 'n noble. didn't find yotsuba&!. so i went to look at the arts 'n craft section. i couldn't find anything, bummer!! then we headed to CiCi's. i love CiCi's!!! After CiCi's we went to Wal-Mart. i was trying to find some Valentina hot sauce. that stuff is the bomb!!!! but they didn't have any.....sigh. everything i was looking for they didn't have. so i went to the cd section to find the Camila cd i been wanting and guess what???? IT WAS THERE..... so i bought it!! Finally something i wanted and they had it!!!! Well that is about it. i got to go.....i'm hungry!

my parents might be coming for the weekend. MAYBE?! i hope so. i won't know until my dad gets off from work later today. if they can't come and going to start on more plushies. i want to open an Esty store!!! so i'll have this weekend to organize the store :)

i finished another plushie. this time i made an owl! its for my cousin.

WOW! i finally finished! tomorrow i will head to the post office and send these babies to my cousin :D. i hope they have a nice trip! i didn't name them because i'm going to wait for my nephews to name them :D

yep! i'm almost done with both plushies for my nephews. i'm done with the little chick! i hope Cy likes it :) know i'm working on the elephant. i'm just taking a little break and eating a snack while watching King of Queens. i love that show!!

Pincushion

yay!! i finally made one! I really needed one and i didn't want to buy the tomatoes that you see in stores. i found this really cool wrist pincushion tutorial except i made a turtle (of course) instead. i also used a snapple top (>.<) and my husband made the two little holes with a nail.

More Plushies

went to the store a couple of days ago and bought a whole bunch of different color felt and floss. i also finished making my Margarita plushie! it took me forever because i had to buy more floss. today i'm going to start on an elephant and a bird for my nephews! hopefully i finish them this weekend so i can send them!! SORRY for keeping you waiting, Bibi. n-e-ways. we are also having a bar-b-q at the house with my hubby's friend, yummy!! i love baked potatoes!!

I know Spot is a really common name but all my real dogs had weird or semi-weird names and i wanted to name this little puppy something normal!

YAY! I finished my turtle. i cut my finger with the scissors but it was worth it. XD well maybe not but i'm done. i'm thinking about making a little dog now. (^.^) hopefully i don't cut my finger off!!!

New Project

so i been working on a little turtle! i'm almost done. i would be done but i forgot to buy some dark green floss. So i have to go to the craft shop and buy some. i also need some black felt for the eyes. Hopefully i finish it by the end of the weekend!

so i was taking pictures of it and a couple came out weird. the colors were all wrong. instead of green. it was BLUE!!! and instead of brown it was purple!! i think its a sign! maybe later i'll make a blue one!!!!!!

Today I...

been working on a new plushie. i drew a couple of drawing of it. i even drew a pixel pic of it. hopefully it comes out good (^.^). not a lot happening today. i have to clean my house. my in-laws might come this weekend. that will be fun! other than that just another day!

Back Home

i'm back from my little trip. it was nice having the family together again. we ate homemade burgers and my mom also made tamales. i took some home. :P my dad and i saw Biggio's last game in the Astros. its was so sad to see him go. :( My mom and i went on a little Hobby Lobby shopping. i bought more materials and she said she was going to teach me how to knit. YAY! also, i finished the little doll for my niece!

i hope she likes it. (^.^).

also on my way home i got i little bored so i took out my sketchbook and started to draw little ideas for my next project. i also drew is on the cover of my sketchbook. (^.^)
